Wally has over 20 years of experience in providing tax services with KPMG at their executive office, Austin, and San Antonio, and beginning in 1996, as the founder/partner of Wallace F. Helin CPA, PLLC, the firm that is now PMB Helin Donovan, LLP. With a Masters in Taxation from the University of Texas, he specializes in corporate tax services, including oil & gas companies, high technology, S corporations and partnerships.
